After our soap had saponified, and all lye was used up, we added even more of our nourishing lavender oil as a super fat, so as to not lose its benefits during the saponification process.

We will begin offering more of our lavender line gradually over the next few weeks.  The first of these is our soap, aged a minimum of 12 months to give you a rich lather and a gentle clean.  Soon to come are a a bath bomb, a face toner, a bedtime spray for your linens, lip balm, and soothing face cream.

Ingredients:

Coconut Oil, Aloe Juice, Soybean Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Apricot Kernel Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Mango Seed Butter, Lavender, Sodium Lactate, Fragrance, Citric Acid, Rosehip Oil, Sugar, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Tin Oxide, Wheatgerm Oil.

Weight: 5.5 oz 

Directions for use: Wet soap with warm water and work into a good lather. Use a loofah, bamboo or cotton washcloth, or a sponge to increase the lather. Rinse thoroughly with clear running water. As with all soap products, avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, flush with fresh water. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. To prolong the life of your bar, keep it elevated out of pools of water or moisture using a wooden soap dish or by placing on a dry sponge.

Some of the benefits of star anise that we’ve been loving:

• contains tannins which help tone the skin by strengthening the muscles’ firmness, preventing sagging
• skin can appear softer and smoother upon application
• contains anethole, which is extremely effective in detoxifying the skin
• soothes inflamed or injured skin naturally
• may soothe cramps, aches
• long used to support congestion
